Readiness of integrated Atlas V / Starliner systems confirmed ahead of roll to pad.

Mission managers with Boeing, United Launch Alliance and NASA met Friday morning to assess the readiness of the Atlas V rocket and Starliner spacecraft, and have given a “go” to proceed with the Crew Flight Test (CFT) launch.

Roll of the integrated stack from the Vertical Integration Facility (VIF) to the launch pad at Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida is planned for Saturday morning.

The flight test is planned to lift off on Monday, May 6, at 10:34 p.m. EDT. Currently, the forecast shows a 95 percent chance of favorable weather conditions for launch.
